Terms & Conditions – Colour Analysis Service
1. About the Service
This Colour Analysis service is a personalised, online-only offering. All work is based on the information and photographs you provide. You’ll receive a detailed digital report including your colour season, sub-season, palette, and tailored advice.
2. Digital Product
This is a digital service and product. No physical items will be sent. Your report will be delivered via email in PDF format, ready for you to save and keep.
3. Photo Requirements
To give you the most accurate results, you must provide clear, natural daylight photos with no makeup, no filters, and minimal distractions (like glasses or heavy shadows).
Full photo guidelines will be given when you book. I cannot be responsible for inaccuracies caused by poor-quality, filtered, or makeup-worn images.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
As this is a customised digital service created specifically for you, it is non-refundable. Once work has begun on your analysis, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available.
5. Processing Time
Your Colour Analysis report will be delivered within 72 hours (3 working days) after I receive your completed questionnaire and approved photos.

6. Deletion of Client Images
For your privacy, your photos are permanently deleted once your final report has been sent.
Because of this, if you lose your report or need it resent in the future, you would need to purchase a new analysis and submit new photos.
7. Personal Use Only
Your Colour Analysis report is for your personal use. Please do not copy, share, or distribute it publicly without permission.
8. Limitations
I work carefully to ensure your analysis is as accurate and thoughtful as possible, but please note colours may look different across different screens and lighting. Colour analysis is a guide to help you feel more confident — it’s not a rigid set of rules.
9. International Clients
This service is available worldwide. Please note time zone differences may affect communication slightly, but I aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours on working days.
